  • In the event of rain, you have the option to make alternate arrangements such as moving the event to an indoor location or to reschedule the event. Any other cancellations will result in the forfeiture of your 50% deposit. In the event that the remaining balance of the picnic has not been paid 24 hours prior to the scheduled picnic start time, The Picnic Connection has the right to terminate the picnic and will retain the 50% deposit.

  • Once the picnic is set up and the PC team has ensured that you have everything you need, they will leave you to enjoy the experience and will not return until your picnic is finished. We will remain close so should a problem arise, we can quickly resolve the issue. We are committed to making sure your picnic is practically perfect!

  • Should you need to end your experience early, we ask that you give us a 20-minute warning by phone or text so we can meet you. You are in charge of the picnic equipment until we arrive for break down.

  • It depends on where you plan to have your picnic. Keep in mind that each park, beach, or preserve has its own set of restrictions. The Picnic Connection will acquire any permits should one be required and will inform you of any additional fees in advance.
